TenURL was created to make long URLs smaller and easier to remember and communicate with other. TenURL is not responsible for the content of pages to which the URLs are redirected. Using TenURL for spamming or illegal activities are forbidden and such use will result in the TenURL being disabled. In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any interested governmental agencies. TenURL provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or representation as to the SERVICES, express, implied or statutory.
SPAM Policy
TenURL has zero tolerance for spamming. DO NOT use our service for any kind of spamming. We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate any redirects we feel are spams, without prior notice.
Limited Liability
TenURL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute service or goods or for unauthorized access to or alterations of transmissions or data, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if TenURL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
User agree to fully defend and indemnify TenURL, including its employees, officers, directors, owners, managing agents, attorneys, shareholders, related entities, heirs, any of its affiliates, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, fines penalties, costs and expenses, attorneys' fees, arbitration fees, mediation fees, expert expenses, and all other consequences of every kind, arising out of or relating to: (a) any violation or breach by User of any term, representation or warranty, or policy of this Agreement; (b) User's unlawful or improper use of the Services; (c) any damages caused to TenURL's systems by the User's Content; (d) any actual or alleged violation of any Proprietary Rights or non-proprietary rights (including, but not limited to, defamation, libel, rights of privacy or publicity) by User Content.
